Frequent Loose motions 1.8 year old baby
Dear doctor, My baby is 1.8 yrs old weight is 12.3kg ..since 2 days he is not getting hungry and denied to drink water still by tricks I was keeping him Hyderated.. but today 2 times he did semi liquid stools and one time watery stools... He is not wanted to drink.and eat...but baby is active... Doc suggested to give econorm sachet 2 times 3 days ..but m very much tensed coz last one month ago on 24th December he was admitted due to loose motions and again loose motions started... really feeling haunted for me now...is anything serious? Why frequently happening? Any reasons???

Stop bottle feeding if given Give all home made semisolid to solid diet Restrict milk intake , give more of cereals, vegetables and fruits Consult your pediatrician she gets vomiting , fever or severe abdominal pain'

Till 5yrs of age, recurrent illness is quite common due to the weak immune system and lack of handwashing properly, eating anything or every thing. Keep your baby hydrated.
Next Steps
keep a watch on her activities and urine output.

try giving bananas ,ors, coconut water, curd ,on fruit juice at this time.
