Frenulum of penis is tight,when penis erect I feel pain penis bend slightly downwards due to tight frenulum but in relax state foreskin move fully downwards for this condition which is best surgery circumcision or frenuloplasty

The question is like: " if my mobile chip got damaged, is better to get chip changed or motherboard replacement " Don't take it otherwise Frenuloplasty is the treatment, but due to some reason if adequate relief is not achieved then you might need circumcision. But, again circumcision directly is not the surgery of choice of in tight frenulum
