My doc prescribed me freedase for 3 months. I have taken one strip for 21 days and got my periods by 24th day. When am supposed to start the next strip? on first day of my periods or 5th, 6th day ? please confirm

Hai from 2nd day u can start but take it at same time everyday that is important
