Minimal free fluid in POD cn be a normal sign of ovulation also if the scan has been done in mid cycle. Other causes include infections like PID , rarely ectopic pregnancy etc. So whether u need to be worried about it or not cn be decided only when i know exact history and correlate it with ur symptoms..
