Free fluid in POD

I am 20 years old. Recently i had UTI and was diagnosed with free fluid in POD. Also i was having pain in my right side of back which has decreased to an extent now. But what about the fluid? Is there chances that it'll go on its own?

Free fluid in POD cn be due to a lot of causes like pelvic inflammatory disease , ectopic pregnancy , infection , ovulation , tuberculosis etc. Nothing specific to be done if no symptoms. If u r too much bothered u cn hv a course of antibiotics and then repeat ultrasound on day 3 of cycle
