Dear Doctor, my wife got conceived and asked the doctors advice we went for Transvaginal US scan. Impression reports that there is NO FREE FLUID SEEN. Can you explain further. The scam was taken at the 8th week of pregnancy

In 8 week pregnancy no relationship in between free fluid and gestational sac.USG finding of 8 week pregnancy is  completely different I think by mistake they have written like that.
