Freckles on face... Brown tiny round spo

I have freckles since child hood. Undergone laser. Bt again they appeared. Use sunscreen too. I have normal skin. No other problem of skin. Can i use carofit max to reduce freckles and can i apply suncreen after applying it. My friend suggested me to apply this cream. At present i m not on any medication.
