I have accident in May 2014 and tibia have two part and  have operation and doctor put rod in my leg and after that I have infection problem then rod is removed.now it almost 4 years gone but swallowing in leg is there when I sit on table and sometime pain.why it happens? How much time it take to heal completely?

Some pain and swelling is common for long time after such surgeries. As long as pus and fever  is not there, nothing to worry.
