Fractured fibular head due to car hit
I was diagnosed with a fracture at the fibular head. I've been doing physio for 3 months. The pain is not going away and seems worse when doing certain activities. MRI shows no tears in the ligaments. What else could be wrong? The bones itself still hurts

Because generally head fracture heals with minimal residual pain
