Toe got fractured and rod is removed in the last month but still swelling is there and I can't walk properly if I put full weight light pain the joints

Swelling may persist for some time in injuries around the foot. Stiffness is also a common complaint. U need to do ankle foot toes mobilisation to get better. Any pain gel / oil/ spray can be applied.
