Fell off from bike attached is the xray, can u please let us know if it is a fracture, swelling above small finger area.

The X-ray suggests that there is probably a fracture in the 5th toe. Please seek a specialist opinion from an orthopedic surgeon. You will probably be advised to strap the toes and if pain and swelling is significant you may require to put the foot in a plaster cast or air cast boot
