Fracture in tibia

What can be dedused from my Father's following X rays Ma'am, he had undergone a dynamisation on 6th Aug (fractured tibia and fibula on 3rd April and faced a non Union after surgery) One X-ray is before 45 days and other is today's. I am really in dilemma of continuing with my present doctor ? (As per present doctor my father will require another 1 month for recovery with walking and exercise

YOU ALWAYS HAVE SECOND OPINION AND CANT ANSWER ANYTHING WITHOUT SEEING PATIENT AND XRAYS .SOMETIME CLINICAL PICTURE DIFFERENT FROM RADIOLOGICAL PICTURE

Dynamisation is a procedure by which the fracture is made to unite and is a regularly done procedure when the bone shows slow healing or delayed healing. As the xrays have not been uploaded i cant really comment on that.. But keeping his age in mind of 56 years and you have not explained about the type of fall or the extent or pattern of fracture..keeping all that in mind if the fracture does not show the adequate healing which is required for that time period..dynamisation is done to help in healing..
