Fracture due to accident

Scan report attached. Please suggest do we need to go for surgery or any other way. Report says comminuted displaced fracture of right acetabulum with extension into the superior pubic ramus. Need second opinion.my uncle is in hospital from 10 days on bed rest

Need to see the films. As per the report as there is displacement of fragments, operation should be done so that early mobilization can be done and chances of arthritis on future cna be decreased. Please consult in clinic if you want to have a detailed discussion and understanding
