My baby is 5months old..he is suffering from stomach infection again nd again..he had loose motion nd passes green stool nd in the stool test mucus nd pulse cells are also present.. nd he is only on complete breastfeed..i want to knw what the reasons for ths

If he has completed 5 months of age,start 1 solid meal,1 top formula feed and 5 breastfeeds. Maintain hygiene and add curds and Banana in the diet.
