I had done hba1c 3 months ago it was 5.4 I get dizziness, fatigue,loose consciousness,feel like I will throw up in now I got it checked its 5.6 what medications should I take my grandmother and maternal grandfather had diabetes I can't afford consultation fee please tell without personal consultation

Current hba1c is also normal. You are not diabetic with hba1c of 5.6% Its absolutely normal You need to look for other causes for fatiguability,dizziness
