Beacuse the foreskin opening here is constricted, the smooth sliding movement of foreskin on penis shaft, which normally happens, is not present. Resulting is difficulty in retracting the foreskin backwards. It may cause discomfort while sexual intercourse, masturbation, etc. If left untreated, it may pose a risk for frequent penile skin infections. It is primarily a surgical problem, and therefore the management is also surgical.
