Formula milk to baby..facing issues

Hello doctor, My son who is 3 month old is being fed on Nan pro formula milk since birth as he didn't let to be breastfeed after trying multiple attempts. Recently he seem to be facing below issues and need some guidance on how to get him normal. 1. Milk coming out from mouth even after sometime of barp. 2. All of a sudden he is crying while playing. 3. High dryness on belly. 4. Sometimes putting body very stiff and also while crying. 5. Ever Since birth, four times he had hold breath for 5-10 secs. He Seems weak even after feeding him as per schedule and right quantity of formula. He is still unable to roll his body with belly down side. Please advice if anything wrong with my baby and any treatment required ?

Hello ! Do burping after each feed for 15-20 min . Give small frequent feeds Do burping crying might b due to colic give colicaid drops if necessary Apply any lotion or moisturizer Due to hunger cry or colic Monitor urine output, activity of baby If he holds breath again c for saturation and any bluish lips , hands . Go for 2d echo if required Roll over will attain around 5-8 mnth . Don’t worry about it now
