Hi doc, can i start formula feed to my 3 month old baby. Is cow milk safe? Can you please suggest one?

Ideally breastmilk is the best for first 6 months of life. But if forced to give top milk feeds,use ONLY formula till 9 months of age,NEVER open,specially cow's milk.
