My dad is suffering from forgetfulness, he does not remember anything from the past, now also forget his signature, going toilet is big issue, eating and drinking is alright. he does not remember even his sons, wife

Hello, As per your description here your father is in all likelihood suffering from dementia. Please seek a consultation with a neurologist and a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation.
