My bro aged 59 yrs, has diabetic kidney issue and had stroke two yrs back.now his medicine changed n taking nephrosave tablets, his leg swell is fine, had moderate NDPR for left eye too. After he was on pregablin, he sleeps alot and he started forgetting house map. He remebers family members and memory is good but he Searches for bathroom and confused to locate rooms.we stopped pregablin from three days.now his sleep is normal but he is still confused with home and searches for rooms.opens fridge and cupboards thinking its bathroom. His bp is normal now but sugars r still around 350 n on insulin. Please suggest..

This looks like acute confusional state, could be a stroke as well.
