When retracted I can see some white doted collection on the foreskin of my son's genital, it's like this from past 2 weeks, have used betadine drops few times but even after that it's not gone. Is it something to be worried about ??

It’s normal phenomenon in infants, no need to worry, it’s smegma it will come out by itself over time.
Next Steps
If there is adhesion in skin, apply betnovate N cream twice daily
Health Tips
Worm water rinse =500ml over foreskin
