  4. Foreskin retraction. Please suggest.

Foreskin retraction

Penis foreskin has been retracted and its not coming back to normal state although my penis is not erected. Ive done some research and have a doubt that it might be paraphimosis. But i dont have any swoller area or pain during urination. Only my sensitive skin give me little pain in my boxers. Is there any medications i can do from home please suggest.
