Foreskin dosen't pull down after penis head on full erection during intercourse. I practiced my own, but its not getting down from penis head. Please have a look in attached photo.

Hi, you have not attached any photo here.It could be phimosis, Phimosis is the inability to retract the skin (foreskin) covering the head (glans) of the penis. Gentle daily manual retraction is needed. The first choice of treatment is usually a steroid ointment that is locally applied. If that doesn't work surgery is the only option . consult surgeon.
