During masturbation the foreskin was pulled behind the head, and was left there for about an hour, after that when pulled back up, went upto the tip, but the tip remained uncovered, little bit swollen under the foreskin near the tip. Doesn’t pain, but the tip is still uncovered, is this normal ?
