Foreskin left in retracted state

I'm 19 years old. I have left my foreskin in retracted state. It's been more than two years. I don't have any problem while urinating or ejaculation. I try to put my foreskin down to it's normal place, but after sometime it retracts on its own. Is it okay to leave the foreskin in retracted state? Should I be concerned over this?
