Redness on glance of Penis may be due to some underlying Infection and you must get it checked from your family doctor. It is not advisable ti apply anything on glance of Penis. Foreskin of Penis is retracted automatically during the intercourse as per the vaginal cavity You should not worry about the amount of foreskin as that is not important.
