Foreskin doesn't pull back

I cant pull my foreskin back....and can just see the glans tip....i can masterbate without any discomfort and i have a healthy body otherwise....what should i do for it...? Sometimes it comes back when penis is not fully erect and there are some hormonal fluids coming out... due to them it goes back but still its opening has a low dia meter so when it is fully erect it cant be pulled back fully...
