I have a tight foreskin which begins to hurt after pulling around 75%. And my penis head is also sensitive, it hurts when it touches something. If I apply coconut oil it doesn't hurt that much. Once I even fell unconscious when I pulled the skin fully If penis is erect, it doesn't hurt to pull the foreskin but the head is still sensitive... When erect it evens hurt to pull the foreskin.
