Hello Blurred vision along with swollen eyes is suggestive of infection in eye I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done

if you are working on computer or mobile you may be having cvs .use some lubricating ey drops. if there is thick watery dichrge also then use antibiotic ey drops.
