I have white coloured dotted spots on my upper lip. On the boundary of the upper lip and also in the center of the upper lips. I have these from about an year now and they grow more in number everyday. Are they Fordyce spots? If yes i know they are not harmful but they look really bad. Pics attached. Suggestions?
