I have noticed a few yellow spots on my upper lips, It has been couple weeks and I thought it might go away itself. But it didn't and when I looked for the symptoms online, I came across Fordyce spots, the images are exactly the same as I have. I don't know anything about it. Is it dangerous? What should I do?

Hi..they are variation of normal mouth anatomy. They are smaller in some people and larger in others. They are not harmful. So don't worry. Regards
