Please get venous dopller of both lower limbs, INR

U need to do some more test like sr albumine , USG Doppler of b/l leg , varicose vein protocol  Check for venous insufficiency and then accordingly need further management by either vascular / general surgeon.

In your case, though you have had liver transplantation, your complaints are most likely due to venous insufficiency because your legs are painful and heavy after standing for a while but not even while you are at rest and you don’t have any other symptoms (assuming so because you have mot mentioned any.) Even then, along with regular LFT, you can also get certain other tests like serum albumin, INR, abdominal ultrasound, colour doppler of both lower limbs.

You need to consult a vascular surgeon after getting an Arteriovenous Doppler which could help in nothing what the actual issue is. Basic opinion can be given but it's best to consult a specialist directly
