I have done some facial and post that I got some allergy and consulted doctor and took medication. Now pain is reduced and wound got healed. But still that black mark is present. Please help me with cream or medication which will reduce it quickly

This seems to be a depressed scar. You need to consult a dermatologist for this for further treatments. Till then you can apply any silicon gel  cream on it.
