If u have pain in the anal area it can be due to piles or fissure.. you have to get it examined by a general surgeon..
Bleeding from that part can make you anemic.. so avoid constipation, drink plenty of fluids, add fibre rich items to your diet, avoid oily and spicy food items.. practice SITZ bath
