For how long is sun exposure required

Our baby boy is 19 days old. For how long should we take him out to soak sun light? Is it required daily or is there any frequency that we should follow. Please advice.

Yeah , your child requests vitamin D for proper growth ! And it should be provided daily via sunlight ! Peak hours for good absorption is between 12pm to 3:00 pm , make sure that play activity in sunlight is between these hours !

Hello,yes you can give sunlight exposure t o the baby.20-30 mins daily is sufficient for the baby.
