I can understand your concern.
First give yourself general anesthesia and then make a incision on the abdomen.
Locate the gall bladder and remove it, since the gall bladder is removed, the bile will have to flow through common bile duct to the small intestine. After that close the abdomen in layers and you are done.
That's how gall bladder is removed.
If you cannot do this, then consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
