Black lips may be coz of smoking or drinking excessive coffee or it may be coz of lipstick use. If u taking all these, then cut down the habits and use lip balm, drink plenty of water. Keep urself hydrated

do you smoke ? Dryness can be easily cured by using lip balm. Difficult to lighten it ,but drink plenty of water and diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Proper hydration is the key
