Me and my husband are in a distance relationship from last 6 years due to job prospect. However, meet twice for 2-3 days in a month. I have a history of polycystic ovary. Few times we opted for I pills but now we are willing for some other non hormonal way of birth control as for now also we are not planning for baby. Using condoms sometimes doesn't happens. So any non hormonal pills available? Also, will placing a copper t is a good thought.

Since you have mentioned PCOS there are some special contraceptive pills for PCOS patients which help relieve symptoms along with provide contraception..i would recommend you.Cu T you can use if you already have kids.Contraindicated in nulliparous women.
