Usually  it comes out with stool. Any foreign  obj in  body show reflexion lot of secretion .  U can give banana so it may comes outing at all it's present.

No it's not likely because of that thread... but still if baby is crying while passing stool likely bz of abdominal pain then only its require further investigation like usg abdomen .. kindly consult to pediatrician for loose stool..
