Hey doc... I am 17 years old I eye become red and little pain ..what i do... :/ Please gave me an advice

Any other symptoms? Itching? Discharge? Any history of trauma to eyes recently? Decreased vision recently? If none of the above symptoms exist, As told by my colleagues Do cold compressesion ,decrease gadgets usage

Start refresh tears eye drops 6 times per day Decrease mobile use. Cold compresses. If not better, please show to an eye doctor.
