As I went it for a Dentist for my 6 months dental routine check up today . They check and told me to use colgate plax and listrence mouthwash for an alternative using I'm. Asking u which mouthwash is good for a healthy teeth and gum and which mouth wash is good for using a long term without any side effects . And mostly using 2 time in a day which mouthwash is good for not making your teeth dirty..

You can use Colgate plax . Using chlorhexidine for a long period of time can cause staining of teeth. Mouthwashes in general can cause drying of mouth. So it's better to use it in limit and not everyday.
