For a healthy skin care routine

Namasthey Doctor, I want to know about my skin condition, especially face. My face is very dull compared to total body, I have a dry face during winter season, oily during summer and having black spots, fully tanned face. I am afraid of using sunscreen, moisturizer and serum without knowing of Present skin condition and doctor prescription. Please help me doctor regarding my problem. Can you please suggest me best skin care routine along with the products which are useful to me,One more thing I have uneven skin tone,I will always great full to you, Thank you doctor. I am from Khammam, Telangana. Once again Thank you .
