Every subsequent Caesarean after the first Caesarean is more difficult than the first Caesarean. But it depends on the Gynaecologist who is doing the Caesarean and also on  any  complications if you had during the earlier Caesarean. We do a Caesarean only if it is really required. So whether safe or unsafe if it has to be done it will be done.

After 1st caesarean during 2nd pregnancy caesarean is preferred as there is chances of rupture uterus in vaginal delivery
