Hi I am 32 weeks pregnant and my usg shown the baby as in footling presentation.. What are the complications What care should I take? Can I exercise? Please let me know

You need to avoid sexual intercourse and heavy work just to avoid premature rupture of membrane because in that case there might be a possibility of umbilical cord prolapse and that would be fatal for the baby. If the position remains the same till the labour then you need to go for cesarean to deliver this baby.
