Nail got green in colour and has little pain while touch,it is from 2 years and due to tight shoe wear,many medicine try but again it look like same,pl tell what to use to relief,see image,pl tell some good cream or something

It looks like fungal infection of the nail. Needs oral as well as topical medication. Consult online for proper treatment. Avoid wearing tight closed shoes. Wear clean cotton socks if you need to. Keep your feet clean and dry
