Foot skin-Itching,dryness cum reddish

My foot upper skin has been itching since more than one month. Also, it has become reddish in colour and seems to have so much of dryness. I used few tablets and ointments suggested by a physician, however it still continued increased. Please suggest & help me to get out of this problem.
