My daughter she is 4yrs old from last 2days her palm & foot are hot. Her body temperature is 98.2°°f. Is it normal or she is having fever

Palms and feet may at times be warm in younger children which may not be fever necessarily, if upon recording with a thermometer the temperature goes above 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit then you will need to treat it as fever.
