Since 4-5 days I had pain in upper part of right foot. ( not constant pain) but since yesterday both my foot are aching. Which medicine can I have for pain relief?

Hello madam, Just pain killer will not solve the problem. Would need li’ll more history and few lab tests to come to conclusion. Kindly consult online for further treatment.
