When i stand for more than 15 mins my heels start to ache . after taking rest it eases but again comes back when i stand for eg. in a bus or metro

Probably an ill fitting or hard soled foot wear. Rarely if the arch of you feet is not adequate, this can happen. In that case you need specially designed foot wear. Please share a picture of your foot from bottom and from inner side
