It started out probably a month ago I'd wake up and my foot would be swollen and ankle then slowly i started having hard red spots come up on my legs and after a week or so, will turn to bruises and go away.

You need to rule put DVT ( deep vein thrombosis) Get bilateral lower limb venous Doppler done.
